All the players start with 4 dice and 3 cards. The remaining cards are placed face down in the centre of the table and form the draw pile.

Each player rolls his dice. The player who gets the most symbols on their dice starts.

In turn, each player rolls his dice.

He draws one card for each of this symbol rolled

He gives each dice with this symbol to the player of his choice

He plays 1 card (non-compulsory action). To be able to play a card the player must have as least as many of this symbol on the dice as there are on the top left hand corner of the card
